SnapEval Goal Configuration & Grouping

This ‘How To’ video demonstrates how to configure ‘Goals’ (values, objectives, skills, or competencies) for Employee Performance Feedback and ‘Groups’ (a collection of one or more individuals) in SnapEval. The video demonstrates the simplicity of configuring organization-wide ‘Goals’ in SnapEval. It then introduces ‘Groups’ for organizations that want to implement goals that are more specific to a department, role, or individual. Finally, it demonstrates how to configure complex Goals for organizations that have detailed and unique Goals. An example of this is role-based competencies.
